Weston Library, University of Oxford

April 2015

The Weston library has opened to the public following an extensive renovation by Wilkinson Eyre Architects. These works have transformed Giles Gilbert Scott’s building, formerly known as the New Bodleian, into a world-class research library.

Opus Magnum prototyped and manufactured all the readers’ desks, information desks and offices for research academics. This has been developed over the last four years and has involved every detail from height adjustable desks to exactly the right stain tone for the European oak.
